June 3, “Attack 51%” on the blockchain ZenCash brought the attackers more than $ 550 000 in the equivalent of ZEN cryptocurrency.

Hackers made a re-use of two transactions for 13,000 ZEN and 6,600 ZEN. Representatives of ZenCash were able to determine the wallet for which stolen money was withdrawn – zneDDN3aNebJUnAJ9DoQFys7ZuCKBNRQ115.
Criminals were able to reorganize 38 units, and the attack itself took a little more than 3 hours.
According to the website Crypto51, which estimates the cost of “51% attacks,” the cost of the operation was only $ 30,000 for the attackers.
Furthermore, over the past month, “51% attack” was committed on the Bitcoin Gold blockchain unit and the Verge network was attacked twice.
